Style Guidelines:
When referring to the organization or locations throughout the community, the official names are as follows:
Shell Point Retirement Community, not Shell Point Village. The name was changed from the latter to Shell Point Retirement Community in 1997. Shell Point is a nonprofit ministry of The Christian and Missionary Alliance Foundation, Inc. (C&MAF).
Shell Point is one community with six neighborhoods:
- The Island at Shell Point
- The Woodlands at Shell Point
- Eagles Preserve at Shell Point
- The Estuary at Shell Point
- Waterside at Shell Point
- Palm Acres at Shell Point
