A full-time activities staff coordinates programs and activities for residents. The onsite fitness center offers supervised fitness classes.

In addition to the services offered at The Springs, residents enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing that a medical staff consisting of dedicated physicians, skilled in the practice of gerontological medicine, is on-site. Staff physicians are on call 24 hours a day.

The Springs features a friendly and welcoming dining room located on the first floor. Residents and their guests enjoy dining with restaurant style service, selecting their meals from menus that change daily.
