Shell Point Retirement Community Receives Three Prestigious Awards

FORT MYERS, Fla. (August 15, 2008) — Members of the Communications Department of Shell Point Retirement Community received three awards during the 2008 Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) Conference in Orlando.

Lynn Schneider, APR, CPRC; Jessica Clark, APR; and Rochelle Cherniawski received a Golden Image Award for Shell Point’s internal monthly magazine, Shell Point Life, and Awards of Distinction for the 2008 Open House Special Event and the Community’s daily closed circuit television show, Shell Point Today.

The FPRA Conference is held annually to recognize professionals in Public Relations, the organizations with which they work, and to enhance the profession with various meetings and seminars.
