Shell Point Retirement Community Communications Department Expands

Jessica Clark and Rochelle Cherniawski Join Staff as Communications Specialists

FORT MYERS, Fla. (September 26, 2007) – Jessica Clark and Rochelle Cherniawski have joined the staff of the marketing and communications department at Shell Point Retirement Community according to Lynn Schneider, APR, CPRC; assistant vice president of marketing and communications for Shell Point.

“Shell Point utilizes a variety of public relations and communications initiatives as part of its on-going marketing program,” said Schneider.  Among these initiatives are a monthly four-color magazine called Shell Point Life and a daily 30-minute television program called Shell Point Today, which is broadcast on the community’s internal closed circuit television channel.  Additionally, the community holds a number of special events each month which includes sales events that are open to the public as well as internal events that are for Shell Point residents and their guests.

“Shell Point has grown dramatically over the past decade resulting in the expansion of the marketing department and the need for additional professionals in each of the areas,” said Schneider.  “We have been very fortunate to build a talented team of individuals and the experience that Jessica and Rochelle bring to the marketing team will enhance the services that we provide to the organization and the residents it serves.”
