SHELL POINT INVITES SOUTHWEST FLORIDA TO VIEW PHOTO SHOW

FORT MYERS, Fla. (March 28, 2011) – The annual Shell Point Photo Show will be open to the public for viewing Monday through Friday from April 25 through April 29. The display will be inside the Resident Activity Center located on The Island at Shell Point Retirement Community from 9am to 3pm on these dates.

“The photos that Shell Point residents have submitted are truly amazing,” said Frank Moore, Shell Point resident and Photo Show Coordinator. “The entries range from photos of pets to the abstract, and some have even been taken with simple point- and-shoot cameras. Photography is just one of the many ways residents show their creativity and unique eye for beauty.”

Photos on display will feature categories such as travel, nature, friends and family, fun and festive events, Shell Point Community shots, and more. This event is open to the public. For more information, please call Melody Desilets, program coordinator at (239) 454-2057.
