Shell Point Invites Southwest Florida To Attend Art Show

FORT MYERS, Fla. (February 18, 2009) — The annual Shell Point Art Show and Sale will be held Friday, March 13, through Sunday, March 15. The resident Art Show committee invites the public to view the artwork by talented artists here at Shell Point. The exhibit will feature: paintings, pottery, sculptures, stained glass, polished stonework, wood carvings, and unique jewelry.

“The art show has been a very popular event in Fort Myers for years,” said Susan Miltner, Shell Point resident and Art Show Coordinator. “The residents work throughout the year creating new and beautiful pieces to exhibit.”

The 2009 Shell Point Art Show and Sale will be held inside the Social Center on The Island at Shell Point on Friday and Saturday, March 13 and 14, from 9am to 4pm, and Sunday, March 15 from noon to 4pm.
