Making Stem Cell Therapy More Accessible With Dr. Nathan Newman
Introduction
In this episode, we’re diving into one of the most exciting frontiers in medicine and longevity, stem cell therapy, with one of the true pioneers in the field, Dr. Nathan Newman. Dr. Newman is a board-certified dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon. He’s internationally recognized for his groundbreaking work in regenerative medicine. He’s also the creator of the Stem Cell Lift, which is a patented procedure that uses a patient’s own stem cells to restore, repair, and rejuvenate without the need for invasive surgery.
His research and patented technologies extend far beyond aesthetics, though. Dr. Newman has developed therapies that are transforming the way we approach autoimmune disease, joint repair, wound healing, and even chronic pain management. His innovations include regenerative skincare, hair restoration solutions, and topical pain products, all designed to improve quality of life and support long-term vitality.
In this conversation, we’ll explore how stem cells are changing the way we heal, what the future of regenerative medicine looks like, and why Dr. Newman believes the next decade will unlock breakthroughs that can help us live not only longer, but better. Whether you’re curious about the science behind the Stem Cell Lift, the future of biohacking and healing, or simply what’s possible with cutting-edge regenerative therapies, you’re going to want to stay with us for this episode. Let’s welcome Dr. Newman to the show.

Dr. Newman, thank you so much for joining us on the show. You are a pioneer in the stem cell space and regenerative medicine. I’m excited and have been looking forward to this conversation. I’m excited to learn from you myself and for our readers to have the chance to learn from your great wisdom, expertise, and experience. Thank you so much for being here.
Thank you for having me on this show. I’m very excited to be here.
Leading Stem Cell Expert Dr. Nathan Newman
You’re a dermatologist, a plastic surgeon, and also a pioneer in stem cell treatments. To start, could you share a little bit of your background? What inspired you to move into this regenerative medicine space and stem cell applications?
Sure. I grew up in a family of physicians. I knew from when I was six years old that I wanted to be a physician. I loved going to my dad’s clinic and watching everything he did. I started doing research when I was in college, and I loved how the skin reacted to things. I did research on the first sunscreens, alpha hydroxy acids, and glycolic acid, and how it was supposed to protect your skin and renew your skin. That led me to dermatology.
In dermatology, I was doing a lot of surgery. We were doing a lot of fat grafting. I enjoyed all the cosmetic stuff that we were doing. I did a fellowship in cosmetic surgery. In that process, we were doing a lot of fat grafting, but the fat grafting was not a very accepted method because it had a lot of drawbacks. When you injected the fat, it became lumpy. It had a lot of problems. We were trying to resolve this issue and figure out ways we can get better results.
What happened was during this process, where we would take the fat, put it in a sieve, wash it away, and everything was done in an open container, we moved to putting it into syringes, keeping everything, and washing everything within a closed system, so it wasn’t exposed to the air. We were thinking the air was the problem.
Soon after, we learned that fat has the largest amount of stem cells of any tissue in the body. The process we were using in the old way, which was open, and we put it in a sieve and put water on it washed away all the stem cells that we released. We weren’t getting great results. When we kept it in the syringes and kept those stem cells, we got better results, except we didn’t know we were looking at the stem cells. We were thinking that it is the air that’s doing it. As soon as I realized that we were dealing with stem cells and the stem cells were in that container, to me, it was like, “If that’s what it is, why don’t we concentrate the stem cells?”
The fat has the largest amount of stem cells of any tissue in the body. Share on XI went on this journey of figuring out how to do this process where we can take the fat, release the stem cells that are found in between the fat cells, and concentrate them so we can utilize them. That process is called the Stem Cell Lift. That’s the process I’ve developed in my clinic. That changed everything. It changed the process and all the outcomes. That led me to getting amazing results in my patients and made me a very big believer in the fact that we can use the natural healing powers of the body to regenerate, restore, and renew ourselves, not just cosmetically, but also for everything.
How The Stem Cell Lift® Process Works
That’s the process that you invented. Can you walk us through that process? What does that look like for a patient when they come in? What is the start-to-finish for a Stem Cell Lift? How do you separate the stem cells from the fat cells? How does that hurt? I’m curious. What’s it like?
There are different kinds of stem cells. We’re talking about autologous stem cells. That’s taking the cells from your body and injecting them back into your body. The way we’re doing it with stem cells from the fat is that we don’t have to grow them in the laboratory. We’re going to take them as they are naturally and inject them back. There are different kinds of stem cells. There are all sorts of collaborations between all these cells that will help you heal. We want to keep all those things together. If we take the cells and grow them in the lab, we lose all those cells and get one type of cell.
What happens is, when people come to me, we go over the consultation about what their problem is. Are they coming for a cosmetic reason, or are they coming for post-cancer reconstruction? Do they have an injury that they want to treat? Is it for their joints? Is it an autoimmune disease? It determines the process that I’m going to do to get the cells.
In all cases, because we’re getting the cells from your own fat, we’re doing a harvesting process. You come in, we go into the procedure room, and I numb the area where we’re going to take the fat. This is the bonus where people get to lose the fat from where they don’t want it and put it where they do want it. We mark the area where they don’t like the fat and put a lot of water with a little bit of numbing. That’s called a tumescent solution. The tumescent solution separates out all the fat from all the tissues around there. It protects the blood vessels and the nerve endings.
We then go in with another cannula. A cannula is a long, blunt tube. It doesn’t have any sharp ends on it. That allows us to go through one needle mark in the skin and do the whole work. At the end of the process, the whole thing is done through one hole in the skin. There are no stitches. There’s no cutting. It’s a very easy recovery because of that.
Everything sits there for a few minutes, and then we go in and take out the fat. We keep it in the syringes that we take it from because we don’t want to get rid of our stem cells. A lot of the water that we injected will leak out through that little hole overnight. By the next day, it’ll dry out. For a couple of weeks, people are going to feel sore, like they have a good muscle soreness after a workout. That’s what it’s going to feel like.
We did studies on different parts of the body to see if it makes a difference if I take it from your thigh versus your abdomen versus your flanks. At the end of the day, it doesn’t make a difference. In the short-term, there are differences, and that may sway me to do one thing or another, depending on what we’re trying to treat.
Once we have the fat, we concentrate those cells through the Stem Cell Lift process that we’ve created, where we want to induce the fat cells to separate out from the honeycomb that they’re in. The fat is sitting in the honeycomb. We want to release it so that the stem cells and regenerative cells that are found in between those fat cells get released, and then it comes down. We can do it with a centrifuge. We can do it with just gravity. It’s all mechanical. We don’t put any chemicals in there to do this.
Once we concentrate those cells, it takes about 30 to 45 minutes to do that. I then inject some numbing to wherever we’re going to inject it, and then we inject the cells into that area. It could be a joint. It could be your face. Instead of doing a cutting and pulling facelift, we’re doing a three-dimensional regenerative facelift.
How much fat are you taking out to get the amount of stem cells that you need on average, typically?
Let’s say we’re going to do a full face. We got to do the big surgery. We need about 100 to 120 cc, which is very little compared to liposuction. In a liposuction, we’re taking that at 5,000 cc, which is 5 liters. We’re talking about maybe an ounce of fat, so it’s not a lot.
Once you have the stem cells extracted, you then inject them into a certain area. You’re injecting it directly into the joint, but what if it’s an autoimmune? Are you giving that systemically through an IV, and then it goes throughout their whole body?
For most of the people who have done IV therapy, their results are not permanent. They get some benefit, and then they need to repeat it. Most of the results when you do it with an IV are diluted. You’re taking all these cells, concentrating them, and putting them into the blood vessels, and it gets diluted again. We don’t get that long-term benefit.
In terms of autoimmune, I do a lot of treatments for a disease called lichen sclerosus. It’s a disease that affects women’s genitalia. It’s a very debilitating disease that destroys it and makes it itchy and uncomfortable. They can’t wear underwear. They can’t wear pants. They can’t have sex. It’s terrible. There’s no cure for it. The only thing that most doctors have to offer is some steroids.
In those cases where the disease is very localized, we’re able to concentrate the cells and inject them into that area. After we’ve changed the ratio of healing to not healing, we’re able to turn back the clock and get the cells to heal the tissues and make things better. The other thing with autoimmune is that the stem cells can turn off the signals that the cells are giving to your immune system, which causes the immune system to attack them. If you’re able to do that, then you get rid of the immune process. The body doesn’t keep attacking the tissues.
We call it remission. We don’t call it a cure. It’s an autoimmune disease. It may come back. In most cases that we’ve treated, we see amazing results. I have treated over 350 patients, and 1/3 of them are in remission. 2/3 have dramatically improved the quality of life and are better. We can do those kinds of things to change people’s lives in a way that we weren’t able to do before.
Before, there was not a lot of hope and no real cure. You have a way to either dramatically improve their quality of life or put it into remission. You’re turning off the signals, so the immune system stops attacking itself.
In the beginning, when I started doing it, I wanted to make them comfortable. I didn’t realize that we were going to get remission, or that we were going to turn off that signal. There are very few cases when we do graft versus host, where we have an implant of another person’s tissues into somebody else’s tissues. Let’s say you do an organ transplant, and then you have a rejection of that organ because it’s not your own. They have used stem cells in those cases to stop the autoimmune process, but it is not widely used. This is not something that everybody accepts. When I started it, I didn’t believe that I was going to turn it off. I’ve changed my mind. We can change the health of people using stem cells.
Success Stories With Stem Cell Lift®
Would you be willing to share maybe a specific story or two of someone who came to you, and then the before and after?
Sure. I’ll tell you about the first patient who came to me because it was amazing how she heard about me. She saw me on TV and online doing stem cells for a guy called Herzl, who was one of the first patients that I treated with the Stem Cell Lift procedure to fix a hole that was left in his face from a cancer that he had. The cancer that was removed was radiated. They did radiation therapy, and everything got scarred down. There was no blood flow in that area. Every time he would go to a plastic surgeon and say, “Can you fix this?” They would try to cut it or inject it. The skin would start to die because there was no blood flow.
He had heard about me through a friend. He came to me, and I injected him. It took me eight injections to restore his face. What happened in the transition was so amazing that it changed my mindset about stem cells. His jawline was back. His burn was gone. His tissues were supple again. He can move everything. That transition from having this scarred-down hole and being in pain all the time from the nerve endings being trapped in the scars to having somebody look normal, not in pain, and being able to do everything transformed how I saw stem cells.
She calls me up, the person with the lichen sclerosus, and says, “I saw you do this. I heard there’s some guy in Italy who does fat grafting for lichen sclerosus. Do you think that would work for me?” I thought about it as a dermatologist and a stem cell expert. It made complete sense because I knew the disease course and where those attacks are in the layers of the skin. If we put the cells in that area, it should work. I said, “I don’t know how well it will work, but we could try it. It makes sense.” She came to me, and we injected her 3 to 4 times. After the 3rd or 4th treatment that we did for her, since then, she has never had the symptoms again.
We follow up with all these patients for all these years because I’m so curious to know what is happening with all these patients we treated. Are we keeping those people healthy longer? Are they going back and saying, “It only worked for three months. I need to do it again.” Did it work 50%? How do we improve that to make it a better treatment for the next patient so that they can get a better result, a less painful result, or a longer-lasting result? I’ve been blessed to be able to do that. Those patients have benefited. The last patient that I did for lichen sclerosus has benefited not just from 1 patient, but from 350 patients that I’ve treated.
That’s an amazing story. It’s two people’s stories. You healed someone’s face, and then you healed her lichen sclerosus as well for fifteen years. That’s amazing. That must feel so rewarding. You get to do this every day and see people’s lives transform and change. It’s such a tangible result, the work that you’re doing, too. It’s not like it’s inside their body necessarily. It’s on the outside where you can see it. How does that feel on a day-to-day basis? You must wake up every day being so excited to go do this work.
I’m very blessed because I get to do what I love every day. I don’t see myself going to work. I see myself doing my mission in life, which is to help heal people and make people’s lives better. I’m blessed to have the tools and the ability to do those things because not many people have the ability to do what I do. Since I have my own clinic and my own surgery center, and because of what I saw that happens in my clinic with the stem cells, the transition that I saw in people’s skin, and all the things that happened, I realized quickly that the changes were not just from the cells themselves. It was something the cells were secreting. It was something that they were releasing that was making these changes so quickly.
When I do a stem cell facelift, the first thing I notice after 4 to 6 weeks is that the skin starts to glow. They get this new, rejuvenated look to their skin. That’s not from the cells because the cells will take 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year to make that change. The changes that are happening so quickly are something that the cells are releasing. That made me realize there’s something bigger than the cells that’s going on.
I opened up my own lab. I hired stem cell experts who do research to come and join my team. We quickly grew from a small lab in my clinic doing research on stem cells to our 18,000-square-foot facility, where we do research and manufacture. We have patented systems where we can take not just human cells, but any cell. It could be plant cells, human cells, or animal cells.
We put them through this patented process, where we can direct the cells to give us a specific language we call Consortia Factors. It is a language that is a set of directions. These Consortia Factors, when we apply them to the skin, the hair, and the body, will direct the cells in your body to do what we want them to do. If I want to grow hair, it’s not the same language as if I want to take away inflammation. That’s not the same language as if I want to get rid of the wrinkles. If we can figure out that language, which we have, we can make specific products that you can apply without actually using the cells.
Not only can the patients who come to my clinic benefit from stem cells, but the stem cell technology is available to everyone. It can be bottled, and they can use it. It’s not going to do the same thing as we do in the clinic. The technology is available to people who have injuries, who have burns, who need to regenerate the skin, or who want to look younger. They can put that on and not go through a procedure necessarily to do that.
Deep Dive Into The Consortium Factors Of Stem Cell Therapy
Let’s talk about that a little bit more. The Consortia Factors, and there are different products that your team has discovered and developed. You have patents on this Consortia Factors process, right?
Yes.
Can you break that down a little bit? We understand how that works. I’d love to hear about all the different lines of products. I have your skincare that you shared with me. I’ve been using that and trying it out. I’d love to talk more about that, too. Can you explain the Consortia Factors process?
In my clinic, when I injected the cells, we saw a transition very quickly. When I do lichen sclerosus or scar revisions, you can almost see immediate changes when you inject the cells. That’s because the cells are secreting a set of language, a chemical language, which is causing these changes. Stem cells are like soldiers. They’re looking for commands. They’re looking to know what you want them to do. The command is given through this chemical language.
Stem cells are like soldiers. They are looking for commands and directions on what must be done. Share on XThe chemical language that we have is comprised of peptides, exosomes, growth factors, healing factors, signals to bring in other cells to do what you want, and factors that make you make new blood vessels. All these things are coming together to work and give a set of directions. That’s why we call them Consortia Factors. It’s a consortium. It’s the total package of exosomes, peptides, and all the language of the cell that makes it do what you want it to do.
For the stem cells, environment matters. If I take a stem cell from your body and inject it into your knee, and you have a tear in your meniscus, it has a homing mechanism. It will go down there, look, and say, “This is torn. I need to heal cartilage.” It will start producing factors and signals to say, “I want to heal cartilage.” Things will change and become cartilage. If I put it in your face and say, “I want you to heal and build back the natural scaffolding of the skin that is lost,” if I put it in the right places, it will do that. If you have a bone that is broken, if I put the stem cells in the bone, it will pick that up and become bone.
The same thing happens in the laboratory. If I want to make a product to get rid of wrinkles, if I put it in the right environment and grow it in that environment, it will say, “Do you want me to give you the language to get rid of wrinkles?” It will produce that language naturally because it’s the environment that we’re giving it.
It will give me the set of factors that I need to bottle without having to process it or artificially change it. I bottle that set of factors, and you can apply it to the skin. Most of the products that we started with were made from human cells, but we realized that the language of the cell is universal. All cells use the same language. They may have different dialects, but the language is the same, so they can understand one another. If I put a plant stem cell, get the factors from the plant stem cells, and apply them to human cells, it will understand what I’m trying to say from those factors and will start to respond to them.
How To Produce The Same Product Consistently
This is mind-blowing. In your lab, when you’re creating these products, you’re not getting these stem cells from the fat tissue anymore. Are you using mesenchymal stem cells to start with, and then you’re putting them in an environment where they secrete the right factors? Is that where they’re coming from?
We have different sets of products. We have broad products that we’re going to the FDA with for pharmaceutical treatments of burns. Those are based on mesenchymal cells. We’ve been doing that for a long time. We have a lot of data on that. All the new products that we have out in the STEM line have plant stem cell factors. It’s much easier to do the different plants and get all the different languages that we want.
It’s very safe. We don’t have to worry about transmitting any diseases. We don’t have to worry about pesticides. We don’t have to worry about being organic because this is the most organic you can get. It’s clean. It’s environmentally-friendly because we can grow these plant cells in a laboratory with little challenge to the environment. We don’t have to use a lot of chemicals. It’s good and clean technology. Since the language is universal, we’ve decided to go away from human to all plant and vegan products because it’s much safer and much easier to scale up and reproduce.
The biggest challenge that comes with any biologic, and biologic is any product that we get from living tissue, is that cells are changing. We’re changing. There is no part of you that is the same as it was ten years ago. Every single cell in your body has become renewed because of stem cells. Even though we are the same person, we are not the same cells that we were ten years ago. Every single one changes. We used to think that the brain cells and the fat cells are static throughout your life. We know that it’s not true anymore. Everything is dynamic. Everything is changing.
Every single cell in the body changes because of stem cells. Even though we are the same person, we are not the same cells that we were ten years ago. Share on XThe same thing is happening in the laboratory. You cannot maintain batch-to-batch consistency when you’re growing cells. That’s the biggest challenge in the biopharmaceutical world. When you grow a set of cells and then grow it again, the next time, you’re probably not going to end up with the same set of factors because the environment is not exactly the same.
What we had to come up with was a whole process of making sure we’re not using any animal products and any human serums or animal serums to grow it ourselves, which is what was done most of the time. We had to come up with new ways of growing the cells, keeping the cells consistent, and figuring out how to direct them. It is so that every time we grow the cells, in every batch, you’re going to get the same product.
That’s where the patent comes in. That whole process that we had to invent allows us to overcome this challenge of inconsistency and the challenge of growing cells in cow serum, where you can’t test for prions, which can give you mad cow disease. Yet, we’re putting it into the product. These things are all resolved through the fact that we had to go through this process of patenting every single way from the cell to the bottle. Everything is under our control without the use of animal cells, serums, or blood products.
Available Products Right Now At STEM
You’ve done an amazing amount of work to get to where you are. It’s amazing. It’s a little bit mind-blowing. What are the different products that we can have access to? I know there are skincare products. You’re working on one for burn regeneration of the skin. That’s another skin-related product. What are the other products that you guys have developed or are developing?
The STEM line, which I sent you and is on the market, is the accumulation of 25 years of research. Twenty-five years of research in stem cells has led us to bring this product that is unique in the industry. It’s a regenerative serum. It’s not an anti-aging serum anymore. We’re not talking about talking to your cells, healing your cells, and irritating the skin to get it to renew. We’re talking about using the language of the stem cells to regenerate tissues and turn back the clock. You can grow younger if you have the right resources, the right language, and the right amount of cells.

What makes us age is that we break down faster than we can be restored. If the stem cells were able to restore one-to-one every cell that had to be broken down and aged, we would never age. It’s one-to-one. That’s not what happens in the body. More cells are breaking down than we’re able to restore and repair them.
What happens with the factors is we’re boosting the language and saying, “Don’t break down. Don’t go into senescence. Come back, restore the cells, build up the blood and the collagen, and make everything better.” The regenerative serum is called regenerative because we want to turn back the clock and make everything younger and healthier. This is all plant-based. You can use it every day. You can use it on any part of the skin, like the face and neck. We have body products. We have face products. We also have products that are going to be coming out for hair.
I don’t have any hair. When I started losing my hair, I said, “This is crazy.” Nothing was working. I did PRP. I did Propecia. I did minoxidil. I did all the plant stuff. I did everything. Nothing was working. I kept losing my hair. I said, “How come we don’t use our stem cell factors to do it? Let’s go look at which factors are good for hair.” We started testing different ones, and I wasn’t satisfied because I kept losing my hair.
One day, my nurse lost some of her hair. She gets alopecia. It is a disease where you lose a piece of your hair. She came to me, and we injected steroids and gave her all the typical things that we do for hair loss, but it wasn’t coming back. She got depressed. She was not her happy self. I said, “Why don’t you try this version that we made?”
She puts it on, and her hair starts growing back. I’m like, “It’s working. Maybe it’s because I don’t have hair follicles that’s not working.” I gave it to some of the patients that I have. I said, “If you have the follicle and you’re thinning, would it come back?” Lo and behold, their hair started getting thicker and getting better. We have that product. That’s going to be coming out very soon.
We’ve done clinical studies on our products to prove all these things by third parties. We do a lot of science-backed products that are from the conception of what we need to do to the part where we test the factors to know that these factors are meant to do this kind of action on the cells. We took those factors and tested them on human stem cells to make sure that’s what’s happening. We then test it on me. If everything is okay and I’m not growing horns, then we can test it on my team, bring it out, and test it in clinical testing.
You’re usually patient zero.
I’m patient zero, for sure.
That’s great. This is amazing. I have one question. What about timing? How long should someone be using the stem skincare product, or, in the future, hopefully soon, the hair product before they start seeing results? How long do you need to use this before it allows the cells to regenerate?
Unlike the anti-aging products where we’re bombarding the skin to do something and it takes 3, 4, or 6 months to see a result, here, because the Consortia Factors are working with your body, they don’t need a delivery system that’s foreign. It is already built in, so it goes in very quickly.
Since we’re doing everything in-house, we’re able to give you very potent bioactive products. The serum has 90% bioactive components. The Consortia Factors in that serum make up 90% of that bottle, which is unheard of. Most products you go and get are 1% or 2%. If they’re high, they’re 5%. Here’s 90%. It’s because of that that most people see changes in their skin between 4 to 6 weeks. You’ve used it, so you tell me how long it took for you to see a change.
A couple of weeks, so not long. That serum is working with our natural environment in the cell. Is it the same for the hair product, that in 4 to 6 weeks, you’ll start seeing noticeable differences?
If you’re shedding, you’ll see less shedding because that’s the first thing to notice. Hair grows very slowly, so it will take some time to see the growth of the hair. It will probably take two months to see some hair growth. That’s compared to six months with Minoxidil. Proppe was a two-year study before you can say if it works or not.
There are no adverse side effects, like all of those other things have.
There are no harsh chemicals in it. There are no acids. There are no irritants. You don’t become sensitive to the sun because you use these products. These are very rich in vitamins, minerals, and nutritional value that your skin needs. This is the foundation of everything you need to make the cells do what they want to do. These are their resources.
Since it’s made by the cell, it’s safe for the cell. It doesn’t harm the cell. It’s made in a very natural way. We don’t artificially add some growth factor or change it. The way it’s made by the cell is how we keep it. We’ve never seen an adverse reaction. Except if we’ve concentrated, thinking more is better, then we’ve seen responses from the cells. We test all that in the laboratory before we know what concentration to put in the bottle, so we’ve never seen it in the clinic.
You have the optimum doses already mapped out there. It feels like you’ve cracked the code on this because you’re using plant-derived stem cells. Most of the stem cell people that we talk to are using mesenchymal stem cells. It’s a hard process. It’s expensive. Through the Consortia Factors and the processes that you’ve patented, you’re making this much more accessible and much more cost-effective. What can someone expect to spend on? If I want the regenerative serum in a monthly subscription, or if I want the hair product, how much are you able to produce that for?
It was very important for us to be able to bring products that are much more affordable than what was in the market before. Human cell products are hard to produce. They’re expensive, and they’re not clean. We talked about having the animal products in there. Those products are being sold for $800 to $1,000 or more. Here, everything is done in-house. I’m not buying from a third party.
We’re taking the plant cell that we want to the whole process of creating Consortia Factors in bottles. Everything is done in our hands, so it allows us to keep the cost down. We can give you that 90% bioactive product for less than $200. It’s a game-changer in the industry. They were selling you very high-end creams for $400 or $500. That doesn’t even have those bioactive products in it. The fact that we’re able to do that makes it accessible to most people.
Predicting The Future Of Regenerative Medicine
That’s amazing. You’ve been researching this for 25 years. I love your tagline. You’re on a global mission to cultivate a stem cell culture. I imagine that you have a very unique and exciting perspective on the future of medicine, the future of healthcare, and what’s ahead. When you think about 5 or 10 years from now, what’s possible? What’s coming? What is it going to look like from your perspective?
It’s exciting because years ago, when I started doing stem cell research, I had to explain to doctors what stem cells are. Now, when I go to conferences, we’re having discussions about what type of stem cells and what we are doing with them. Everybody’s coming on board. More and more people in the lay world or in the consumer world are understanding that there are stem cell options that they can benefit from for their life, so they’re also seeking out.
As that process is going on and everybody’s becoming more aware, the regulatory world will also catch up and allow us to bring innovative products and innovative treatments. They will switch from this idea of, “There is 1 molecule and 1 receptor. We need 1 drug to do that thing,” to, “Here is a system that we can use to heal you. Here is a cell that is meant to heal you. These are stem cell factors meant to heal you.” They will utilize those to heal you instead of cutting you, pulling you, or doing something that we couldn’t do before. It’s another tool that is revolutionary for the health of the body.
Western medicine has transformed our longevity, but the vitality and the quality of life are not keeping up with the ability to live longer. Without stem cells, we wouldn’t be able to do that. With stem cells, you’re going to live longer, have a better quality of life, and have less need for surgeries and medications, hopefully. It’s because of that that you’re going to have fewer side effects and you’re going to live healthier. It’s coming. More and more people are seeing it.
Not that far in the future, we’ll be able to significantly extend our health spans with the use of things like the technologies that you’ve developed with these stem cell factors. That’s going to be accessible to everybody.

It’s accessible to a few selected people who can afford the big procedures, but as this becomes the mainstay of therapy, as this becomes accepted, and as this becomes the norm, and the technologies that are developing are able to scale for that need, then it becomes a standard of care. This is coming in the next 5 to 10 years. We’re not talking about the next generation. We’re talking about our generation. We’re going to see that.
A Few Biohacks From Dr. Newman
Probably by 2035 or 2030 even. It’s going to be in the next 5 to 10 years. We’re not talking 50 years from now. It is a very exciting time to be alive and to discover all of this. I know you utilize some other biohacks. You test all your own products on yourself, but what other things are you doing to extend your own health span and live your most vital, healthy life? What does your average day look like?
Basic things are basic. We’re human beings. We are meant to move. We are not meant to be sedentary. Unfortunately, with all the things we do with computers, the technology, TV, and cars, we have become a very sedentary society. We have to make a conscious effort to be active. The more active you are, the longer you’ll stay active. What is in motion will stay in motion. That’s physics. It’s got to be like that.
We have become a sedentary society. We have to make a conscious effort to be active. Share on XI make a conscious effort to walk and take the stairs everywhere. When I come to my office, I’m on the third floor, and my parking is on the bottom floor. I do 6 flights of stairs up and 6 flights of stairs down at least once a day. That conscious decision to be active is the most important thing. They’ve done studies. Walking is good for cognition, your sleep, and all that. We should be active. We should sleep well.
There are a lot of biohacks out there. I do use them. They’re important. We can use lights and electromagnetic fields. There’s hyperbaric oxygen. There’s AVACEN, which is an amazing device that I helped patent. You can transform people who can’t be active. They can get that physiological rush of the blood and change their microvasculature. It helps.
Danielle is going to be on a coming episode with AVACEN.
That’s wonderful. She’s amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting them and helping them improve the design and make the product. All these things are fantastic. They are part of the answer. Everything is a tool. Even stem cells are a tool. If you don’t do the basics, like if you don’t move, sleep, or take care of yourself, you’re going to damage yourself. You’ve got to do the first step. You’ve got to keep yourself healthy. You’ve got to do your best to maintain your health. Everything else is there to support it.
Lighting The Path For New Trailblazers
This has been so fascinating. It feels like you’ve cracked the code. You have these patents in place. You’re also a stem cell mentor. Are others doing similar things that are going to help be able to scale this effort across the country and across the globe?
Absolutely. There are a lot more people coming into this field. There are a lot more people doing research in this field. When I started, there were almost no publications. Now, on a daily basis, there are ten publications. It’s a lot of information and a lot of research. These are great people doing great work. I’m very blessed and honored to know a lot of them and work with them.
The technology’s coming. My technology is about ten years ahead of what is out there in the industry. I share my technology and my publications. When people see the changes and see the potential, they will adopt these things. As I learn from everybody else that I talk to and interact with, I hope that they also pick up some ideas from me, incorporate them into their technologies, and bring this revolution into the next phase, instead of being something that is novel, new, and only for the select few, to the masses and becoming the standard of care for everyone.
Get In Touch With Dr. Newman
That’s amazing. You’re on this mission to cultivate stem cell culture. It’s coming. It’s happening. Where can people find and get access to the STEM line and the products that are available? How much longer do we need to wait for the hair product?
The hair product is probably going to be available within the next few months. We have the product. We need to finalize the regulatory stuff and the packaging, and it’ll come out. There are a lot of other products there that we have developed but haven’t brought out because some of them have to go through FDA regulatory and some of them are waiting to come out through the pipeline. It’s exciting. They can go to my website if they want, NathanNewmanMD.com, or they can go directly to The STEM Company. The STEM Company is the company that makes the STEM products. It’s TheSTEMCompany.com.
That’s how we can find your clinic or the STEM line products. This has been fascinating and mind-blowing. Thank you for the amazing work that you’re doing to transform medicine and humanity. You’re making a huge impact and will for many years to come. I can’t wait for what’s ahead. We’ll have to have you back in a year or so and see what’s changed, what’s out, and what progress we’ve made.
I look forward to that. Thank you so much for having me. It’s been a pleasure to be here and share my knowledge. Hopefully, we’ll help some people who are reading this episode.
Thank you so much. Have an amazing day. We’ll see you next time.

What a fascinating episode. Your mind is probably blown like mine is. We covered everything from the Stem Cell Lift, where you’re using your own fat cells and distilling out the stem cells that are already present within your body. You’re then re-injecting those into a certain spot to heal things like autoimmune disorders and diseases to reconstruct your face after a procedure, cancer, or things like that. This is amazing stuff that’s happening and is possible.
It sounds like Dr. Newman has cracked the code in using plant cells to create these stem cell factors that can be applied to all different applications. There are skincare creams and topical pain management creams. There are creams for burn care and wound care. There are also creams for hair care, which are coming soon. You’re going to want to check that out.
It sounds like we’re on the cusp. In the next 5 to 10 years, all of this stuff is going to be shifting how we heal. I hope that your mind has expanded a little bit and maybe blown a little bit as well. Check him out at NathanNewmanMD.com and look for the STEM line as well. Check out his website there and find some of his products. This is amazing stuff. I’m using it, and it’s regenerating my skin as we speak. Thanks so much for tuning in. I hope you learned something new. We’ll see you next time.
