Shell Point added its second assisted living facility in 2005. The Arbor’s residential units feature a wide variety of floor plans, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The building offers beautiful vistas of nature preserves and the golf course.

Healthy Living

Maintaining your good health is our priority. Recreational staff plan daily and weekly events that challenge residents to continue to grow socially, spiritually, educationally, physically, and emotionally. All of these efforts join in outlining a plan that will support your well being.

Things To Do

Residents enjoy a variety of special amenities, including a state-of-the-art media screening room, billiards room, beauty salon, activity and craft rooms and sun rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. A full-time activities staff coordinates programs and activities for residents. The onsite fitness center offers supervised fitness classes.

Medical Center

The Arbor is also home to a specialty medical center, where a comprehensive array of physicians offer appointments onsite including cardiology, podiatry, ophthalmology and more. Contracted by Shell Point, these caring professionals afford residents the unique opportunity to receive even the most specialized care without the need to leave the community.

Dining is something to enjoy at The Arbor. Start your day with a short stroll to the country kitchen, which offers a more casual dining option. Located on each floor, the country kitchens provide everything, from a complete hot breakfast, to a cup of coffee and a croissant, or perhaps a bowl of cereal from the pantry. Lunch and dinner are served in the main dining room, and here every meal is an event. You’ll enjoy an ever-changing menu, with courteous table service from our trained staff.
