Shell Point’s 2022 Summer Concert Series presents Americana concerts at Tribby Arts Center



FORT MYERS, Fla. (June 24, 2022) – As part of its Summer Concert Series, Shell Point Retirement Community is hosting a series of Americana concerts at the Tribby Arts Center in partnership with The Americana Community Music Association (ACMA) of Fort Myers.


 Americana is contemporary music that incorporates elements of various music styles, including country, roots-rock, folk, bluegrass, R&B and blues. Some call it the “edgier side of folk.”

            Tickets are  available for four July concerts including Passerine on Thursday, July 7 at 7 p.m.; Songwriters in the Round: Roy Schneider, Kim Mayfield and Ray Cerbone with “Americana and More” on Thursday, July 14 at 7 p.m.; Little Fools: John Butler, Susan Chastain and Susie Hulcher on Thursday, July 21 at 7 p.m; and Brian Smalley, Guitarist on Thursday, July 28 at 7 p.m.
