Recovery, Cardiac Rehab, and Physical Therapy - Shell Point Retirement Community

At Shell Point, we know that a little extra recovery time after a hospital stay can make all the difference in a person's well-being. That's why, as part of the lifecare contract, Shell Point residents are entitled to unlimited short-term recovery stays in the Larsen Pavilion. They can spend as much time as necessary to properly recover from surgery, illness, or accidents, then return to their independent residence when ready. Rehab patients receive care from Shell Point's top-notch medical staff, including four full-time physicians, on-site pharmacists, and caring nurses and volunteers.

Shell Point's staff of physical therapists work with those who need follow-up care after surgery. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as cardiac and stroke recovery, are all available in one place.
