Shell Point's Spring Open House

Among the festivities, visitors will be treated to Free Food, Music, Synchronized Swimmers and Attractions. Shopping opportunities include a Craft Bazaar and Farmer's Market.

Self-guided tours will allow visitors to preview five decorated models chosen from all three Shell Point neighborhoods - The Island, The Woodlands, and Eagles Preserve. Guided tours and presentations will provide in-depth information and residents will be among the guests to give first hand information about living at Shell Point.
