2008/2009 FINE AND PERFORMING ARTS CONCERT SERIES

FORT MYERS, Fla. (December 2, 2008) — Shell Point Retirement Community will be offering a special discounted price on the remaining four concerts in the seventh annual Fine and Performing Arts Concert Series of 2008/2009. This will allow individuals who would like to “Give the Gift of Culture to Yourself or a Loved One” the opportunity to purchase tickets as a gift for the holidays.

Chanticleer – Tuesday, January 27, 2009, at 7:30pm

Butch Thompson, Pianist & the Chapman Family Singers – Thursday, February 26, 2009, at 7:30pm

Cherish the Ladies – Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at 7:30pm

Peter Richard Conte, Concert Organist – Thursday, April 16, 2009, at 7:30pm

“The residents at Shell Point appreciate the arts and cultural choices available to them right here in our community,” said Dawn Boren, director of resident life. “By offering this discount on the remaining four concerts, residents of Shell Point and music lovers from throughout Southwest Florida, are able to purchase these tickets individually to use personally or as a holiday gift.”

Package tickets to all four concerts will be sold for $120, which offers a savings of $20. Tickets for individual concerts are $35 each. Tickets are currently on sale.
