Hospice care at Shell Point is a collaboration with Hope Hospice and includes palliative and hospice care.



National Board of Hospice certified RN's provide 24-hour palliative care, including pain management to alleviate pain during prolonged illness. Hospice care focuses on preventing, relieving, and reducing symptoms to allow the individual to experience comfort and peace. Social and emotional support are provided for both the patient and the family. A dedicated chapel and full-time chaplain provide spiritual support, as well.
