On-site Rehab Facility Open to the Public

The Rehabilitation Center in the Larsen Pavilion at Shell Point offers inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative and individualized physical therapy delivered by a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists. Specialized programs include orthopedics, stroke care, memory care, dysphagia, pain management, and low vision. A dedicated occupational therapy suite and aqua therapy pool are also available. Join Dr. Andrew Hawkins, senior pastor of The Village Church, for an overview of the classical case for the Bible as the inspired Word of God. Issues which affect the evaluation of any documents of antiquity will be explored, such as internal and external evidences, various approaches to criticism, and the views of Christ regarding the Old Testament. One of Shell Point’s experienced retirement counselors will offer a brief presentation on the benefits of lifecare at Shell Point, which will include a tour of the Island community, and model units in The Woodlands, as well as the many amenities that are available to residents at Shell Point. The informative presentations will also incorporate information about Shell Point’s newest neighborhood, The Estuary, which will include 50 residences in a combination of single-family signature homes and twin villa homes, along with a community center and pool.
