Service Desk Coordinator
on-call, as needed to fill in
We are seeking a professional, friendly and outgoing person to fill in, on-call as needed, for our two service desks which provide various services for our residents. Some duties will include sign-ups, postal services, notary services and internal and external mail services. Additional responsibilities include ordering office supplies, assisting residents and guests on knowledge and access to local attractions and businesses as requested, provide administrative support to staff members as needed, assist the Resident Life department with special events, programs and special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will have related experience, have excellent communication skills as well as multi-tasking skills, ability to work well with the elderly population, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
RN's/LPN's
Skilled nursing facility; on-call, as needed to fill in
Night shift; 7pm-7:30am. At least 6+ months of nursing experience is required.
LPN Assisted living facility - Full time
This is a full time position working Saturdays and Sundays from 6am-10:30pm. LPN experience is required.
LPN's Assisted living facility - on-call, as needed to fill in
Days and afternoon shifts, with some weekends. LPN experience is preferred.
CNA's Full time; skilled nursing facility
FT; float position 7am-7pm, with rotating weekends. FT; Memory Care Unit 7am-7pm, with rotating weekends. FT; LTC Unit 3pm-11pm, with rotating weekends. CNA exprience is preferred.
Home Health CNA's
Flexible day, evening and night schedules are available, and must be able to work two weekend shifts per month. Assignments are based on resident need. Must have a current Florida CNA certification and have at least 1 year of recent CNA experience.
Activities Leader Full time; Skilled nursing facility
This person will plan and implement resident activities in our skilled nursing facility. Will also be responsible for organizing and participating in person-specific activity programming, including one-to-one interventions, small and large group activities, documentation of participation/attendance records, evaluating residents' activity plans and completing assessments as indicated per the care plan schedule. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, patient and work well with the elderly population. Must have computer skills and previous activities experience in a long term care setting is preferred.
Housekeeping Manager
Full time
We are seeking a professional with a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, engineering, business, management or a related field and two years or more housekeeping management experience, or a minimum of ten years of professional management experience in facility/retirement community or hospitality operations. This person is responsible for managing approximately 700 independent living units with regards to housekeeping and trash/recycling operations. Will also oversee staff work schedules, quality control, operating budget, and care and accountability of supplies and equipment. Will also perform administrative duties such as performance reviews, training, etc.
Utility Part time
Varied hours and days, including some weekends and holidays. Heavy cleaning in the kitchen including floors, trash removal, dishwashing and other kitchen duties.
Dietary Aides Part time
Varied hours and days, including some weekends and holidays. Duties will include preparing food trays, delivering food trays, dishwashing and other kitchen duties.
Cafe Attendant Part time
Varied hours and days, including some weekends and holidays. Will prep food, make sandwiches, do basic grilling, serve and cashier.
Server Part time
Must be flexible with availability. Varied hours and days, including weekends and holidays. Server experience is preferred.
Golf Course Crew Leader
Full time
This is a working lead position for our Golf Course Maintenance/Landscape Management departments. Some duties will include assisting in scheduling of tasks for staff, assist in training of proper use of equipment, ability to perform light irrigation duties as needed, ability to assist with fill in for spray tech position, etc. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in FL horticulture, 2+ years experience in golf course grounds care, knowledge of fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides, good communication skills as well as leadership skills.
Golf Course Mechanic Full time
We are seeking an experienced candidate who will manage a fleet of golf course and landscaping equipment and maintain a well organized, clean and safe facility. This person will also maintain proper equipment records and a budget for equipment needs.

Salon openings
We are seeking a part time Cosmetologist to provide hair care and natural nail manicures and pedicures in our salon in one of our assisted living facilities. Driver/Activities Assistant Full time
We are seeking a friendly, experienced driver who will work flexible hours, which may include some evenings and weekends. This person will drive our residents to monthly programs, shopping services and special events, as well as assume the role of escort as needed for some local trips. Other duties will inlcude assisting the Resort Services department with various activities and programs. The ideal candidate must have a current FL CDL license with a passenger endorsement, and have basic computer skills. Previous activities or related experience is a plus.
