Weekend Village Call RN - PT; (SNF). We are seeking a RN with excellent assessment skills to respond to our residents in their independent apartments. Excellent customer service, communication skills and CPR certification are required. Experience in med-surg, ER, skilled nursing and wound care are preferred. Will provide immediate response to residents who use our call system throughout the day and administer wound care in the physician's practice during the afternoon. Must have the ability to work in conjunction with the weekend manager of the SNF and the weekend doctor or ARNP. Will work 8 hour shift Saturday and Sunday or every other weekend. ALF RN Supervisor - FT. Duties for this position will include developing a plan of care for each resident of the ALF in compliance with state ALF regulations; assisting in direct resident care issues, i.e., admissions, discharges, transfers and deaths to ensure follow up with residents and family members; enusuring staffing standards are met and adjusting staffing according to resident requirements; collaborating with the Administrator and Human Resources to interview, hire and train nursing personnel. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in geriatric care and should have a working knowledge of Florida ALF rules and regulations. ARNP - part time. We are seeking an experienced ARNP who enjoys working with a retired aging population. This person will work with our physician's practice as well as provide some support to providers in our SNF. In joining a team that supports 24/7 care, we are looking for someone willing to help with weekend coverage and night call. Excellent assessment and wound care skills are required. A current FL ARNP license is required; experience with geriatric care is preferred. We will consider an independent contractor arrangement. RN - FT; (SNF - Hospice Unit) 7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends. Nursing experience is required. PRN RN Case Manager - (Home Health). This individual will be responsible for client assessments, care plan development, assuring documentation accuracy and directing field staff. Interface with a dynamic health care team. Successful candidate must have FL RN license. Basic computer skills and home health or case management experience is preferred. RN's/LPN's - per diem. (SNF) Primary needs are night shift; 7pm-7:30am. Must work 4 shifts per month with 2 shifts being on a weekend. Must have at least 6 months of nursing experience. CNA's - FT; (SNF - Memory Care Unit and LTC Unit) 7am-3:30pm with rotating weeekends, and, FT; (SNF - Sub-Acute Unit) 3pm-11:30pm with rotating weekends. Also, Therapeutic Aide - FT; (Memory Care Unit) Must have a FL CNA certification, have a good understanding of therapeutic activities for memory care patients and provide daily care as needed. CNA's - per diem; SNF. Must work 4 shifts per month with 2 shifts being on a weekend. Current needs include day and night shifts as well as weekend day shift. Must have at least 6 months of CNA experience. Home Health CNA's - Flexible
day, evening and night schedules are available; assignments are based on resident need. Must be available 2
weekend shifts per month. Must have a current FL CNA certification and
have at least 6 months of recent CNA experience.
Other Security Lead - FT; 12am-8am. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of security experience or work in a related field; prior law enforcement or military police experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience in security or a related field. FL Class D security license is preferred. Security Officers - on-call, as needed to fill in. Will work varied hours, including some weekends and holidays.
Housekeeping Supervisor - FT. We are seeking an experienced candidate to provide operational and administrative supervision for the housekeeping staff providing services for our independent living residents, buildings and public areas. Some duties will include scheduling; completing reports, annual reviews, etc.; supply and equipment accountability; training and new employee orientation; conflict resolution and other duties as assigned. Will be required to work some weekend and holiday shifts as well as be available for on-call emergencies after hours. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience with a large organization, an understanding of operating budgets, strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. Housekeeping experience in a retirement community, hospitality environment or medical facility is a plus. Housekeeper - FT; (ALF) Day shift, but candidate must be flexible to work varied hours with some weekends and holidays. Duties will include cleaning of all common areas, cleaning in the kitchen, dishwashing and other duties as assigned. Previous experiene is preferred. Servers - PT; (ALF's) Must be available varied hours and days including some weekends and holidays. Server experience is preferred. Dietary Aide - PT; (SNF - Pavilion) varied hours and days, including some weekends and holidays. Duties will include dishwashing, preparing food trays, delivering food trays and other kitchen duties. Skills & Trades Service Technician - FT; Sun-Wed, 2:30pm-11:00pm. We are seeking a candidate with knowledge of A/C and appliances along with basic plumbing, electrical and maintenance experience. Must also have knowledge of fire alarm systems; certification is a plus. Fire & Safety Officer - FT. We are seeking an experienced candidate who will be responsible for supervision of all the life safety systems in function, service and maintenance throughout the entire campus, including working with outside vendors to ensure these systems are kept operating properly, up to current codes and provide training to staff and residents in life safety measures. Will also be the primary contact with licensed vendors on all fire related systems for inspections and repairs. The ideal candidate must possess a complete understanding, working knowledge and repair procedures of all types of fire systems, sprinkler systems and alarm panels; have experience with codes and policies of authorities having jurisdiction, and possess skills to interpret mechanical drawings. Trade school education in fire safety, Bachelors degree in Engineering or Alarm/Sprinkler contractor license holder is required with 5+ years of field experience, or 15+ years of experience in facilitation of commercial fire systems.
