HEALTHCARE

LPN - ALF; PT; 7am-11am Mon-Fri. 

Home Health CNA’s - Flexible schedules.  You will provide one-on-one care for Shell Point residents. A current FL CNA certification is required. 

Therapeutic Aide - PT; 9:30am-6pm with rotating weekends. Must have a FL CNA Certification, a good understanding of therapeutic activities for memory care patients. Provide daily care as needed.

Resident Care Assistant  - (ALF) FT; 6pm-6:30am with rotating weekends. Will provide assistance with daily living.  Ability to work with the elderly is required.  Related experience is preferred. We also have on-call opportunities available to work as needed to fill in.

Medical Biller - FT;8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri.  Must have experience in Medicare A & B, ICD-9 and CPT coding.  Experience in Rehab billing and skilled nursing facility billing is a plus.

 HOUSEKEEPING/FOODSERVICE

Housekeeper - SNF, FT; 6am-2:30pm with some weekends.  Experience is preferred.

Servers - FT and PT (Crystal Dining Room - a buffet-style dining room) and Assisted Living Facility. Varied hours and days.  Experience is preferred.

MAINTENANCE/SKILLED TRADES/GOLF COURSE

Golf Course Maintenance - Ft; day shift with some weekends.  Previous experience is preferred.

Groundskeepers - FT; day shift with some weekends.  Previous grounds experience is preferred.

Power Wash Tech - FT, day shift with some occasional weekend work.  Will do power washing around our property to include walkways, commercial & residential buildings, roofs and other facilities as necessary.  Experience is a plus, as is working with commercial power wash equipment and chemicals.

Transportation Coordinator - We have a full time opportunity for an individual who has experience in small engine repairs and has the ability to perform routine maintenance on golf carts and fleet vehicles.  Will also be responsible for cleaning vehicles and keeping accurate maintenance records.  A FL CDL class "C" is a plus as this person will also transport vehicles off-site for repairs, fueling, etc.

OTHER

Security Officer - On-call, as needed to fill in.  Varied hours including some weekends and holidays.  This is a year-round position.

Front Desk Clerk - We have a part time opportunity to work every Saturday, Sunday and holiday from 6:30am-2:30pm in our on-site Guest House.  Candidates must have professional telephone skills and excellent customer service skills.  Must also have basic bookkeeping and computer skills - we will train.  This person will make room reservations and check guests in and out.

Video Production - We have a FT opportunity providing video production (shooting and editing with an emphasis on editing) for our internal television station which provides diverse programming to a community of 2,000 residents.  The ideal candidate will have professional experience editing with Final Cut Pro and Apple Motion, experience in using video switchers and studio rigged cameras for multi-cam live production as well as single camera location shooting, the technical and creative skills to shoot and edit complete packages of program material, and the ability to work well with daily production schedules.  The ability to interview a wide variety of individuals and groups, generate story ideas, and write scripts is a definite plus.  We are one of the largest continuing care retirement communities in the country.  This is a great opportunity to enjoy working with an award-winning marketing/communications department!
