About Shell Point

All concerts take place at The Village Church, which is located at Shell Point Retirement Community in Fort Myers, Florida.

Shell Point is located off Summerlin Road in Fort Myers, just two miles before the Sanibel Causeway. To reach Shell Point from I-75, take exit 131 (Daniels Pkwy) west for 5.5 miles, then turn left at Summerlin Road. Follow it for 8.5 miles, then turn right at Shell Point Boulevard. Follow Shell Point Boulevard 2 miles to the entrance of The Island, where you will be directed to parking.

Since 1971, The Village Church has served as a congregation of The Christian and Missionary Alliance. The building also doubles as a 1500-seat auditorium for Shell Point. The Village Church has hosted numerous concerts and speakers, from sacred concerts like The King's Brass, Diane Bish, Ballet Magnificat, and Steve Green; to internationally-known musicians like the Kiev Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, U.S. Navy Band, and The St. Olaf Choir; to speakers like Pat Boone, Governor Jeb Bush, Barbara Bush, Janet Reno, and Art Linkletter.
