We know there is a core group of residents who have a true appreciation of chamber music so we bring to you Concerts and Conversation. This series will be held in the intimate setting of the Grand Cypress Room at the Woodlands. Limited seating will bring you up close and personal to our selected artists. Following each concert, ticket holders will enjoy a delicious dessert buffet while they mingle with friends and chat with the artists. This year we are also partnering with the Southwest Florida Symphony for our Symphony Series as they bring us instrumental and choral concerts right here to our own Shell Point stage.

Fine & Performing Arts concerts and Southwest Florida Symphony concerts take place at The Village Church Auditorium on The Island at Shell Point. Concert & Conversation concerts take place in the Grand Cypress Room in the Commons in The Woodlands at Shell Point.

The
Fine and Performing Arts Committee is pleased to announce the
2007-2008 Shell Point Concert Series. Besides a fabulous line up or our
anchor Fine and Performing Arts Series, this year we have added two
additional series of special interest.
The following pages offer you a look
and your chance to purchase tickets for this year's line up for all
three series. We believe there is something musically for
everyone. And as always, we could not bring the Concert Series to
our community without the generous support of our friends and residents.
There is a growing interest in supporting arts and culture here at Shell
Point through contributions made to the Friends of the Arts. All
donations are tax deductible. The first concert program will list
all donations received prior to October 10, 2007, and each program will
be updated throughout the season.
